    Description:

    A/D Firefilm III is a decorative, fiber free, thin film intumescent coating designed for the fire protection of steelwork for up to a 3 hour fire rating, depending on the design. The recommended use for this product is fireproofing of interior steel beams, columns, tubes, and pipes.

    Description:

    This extremely durable and chemically resistant cladding utilizes a multi-step curing process that incorporates chemically-fused glass flake reinforcing in a highly cross-linked polyester matrix. The resultant layer is an extremely durable barrier against a variety of exposures including marine, fresh water, salt water, both mineral and organic acids, bleach solutions, and free chlorine. The multi-layer glass-flake reinforcement greatly impedes the penetration of water and other corrosives making this system extremely long performing.

    Description:

    Ultra-durable solvent-free coating for use on steel and concrete substrates subject to severe impact and physical abuse.     Description:

    Dense, highly impermeable glass flake-filled coating used for protecting steel and concrete. This versatile coating provides an impenetrable film for severe exposures in marine, offshore, petrochemical, pulp and paper and other aggressive environments. Optional use of light or course grit fillers provides nonskid properties.

    Description:

    Penetrating primer/sealer for use on concrete substrates and Carboline Pyrocrete Fireproofing products. It performs extremely well in sealing cementitious surfaces and is designed to receive a variety of different generic types of finish coats. Some recommended uses of 1340 include the use as a curing compound or form release agent. When applied to “green” concrete it will retard the escape of moisture during the cure period. It is also excellent for use as a form release coating on plywood or steel forms.

    Description:

    Carboguard 1340 FC is a primer/sealer recommended for bare masonry and other substrates requiring sealing prior to coating application. This high solids, low VOC product has excellent penetration and sealing properties on many substrates. Carboguard 1340 FC cures fast in cold weather and is recommended as an alternative to Carboguard 1340 in such conditions. Use standard 1340 above 70°F.

    Description:

    A high-build, modified epoxy lining with good overall chemical resistance and versatility. It is can be used as a “caulk” for application in tanks for transition areas, floors and walls, lap welds, pitted steel, bolts, etc. It is ideal for the relining or reconditioning of older tanks. It has excellent flexibility and its spray-applied capability (plural component) makes it unique over other similar products that usually require hand lay-up/trowel application. Carboguard 163 can be used as a barrier coat for concrete or steel surfaces that are exposed to moderately corrosive environments. Applications include floors, piping, storage, tanks, and process vessels in oil refineries, chemical processing, and wastewater treatment plants.

    Description:

    Carboguard 235 HAR is a high abrasion resistant phenalkamine modified, surface-tolerant, epoxy specially formulated for application in marine and other severe service industrial environments and is suitable for fresh and salt water immersion resistance.     Description:

    Epoxy patching and surfacing compound that exhibits excellent bond strength and chemical resistance to a variety of acids, alkalies, salt solutions and oils. It is used to fill voids and bugholes in precast or poured-in-place concrete and other masonry surfaces. Repairs damaged concrete, fills narrow cracks, and can be used as a coving material for floor-wall transitions or lap joint areas. May also be used to repair weld seams and pits in metal for potable water service with a compatible ANSI/NSF 61 approved lining.

This product has excellent wetting properties giving it the capability of going over marginally prepared substrates. It is ideal for maintenance and fabrication shop applications. An optional Glass Flake (GF) additive or micaceous iron oxide (MiO) additive can be purchased separately and may be used to enhance film strength for more abusive applications for severe marine or heavy industrial uses.     Description:

    Description:

    Solventless, clear, epoxy lining that can be applied using reinforced glass fibers specifically designed to comply with API RP652 for thick-film tank bottom lining repairs. API RP652 specifically recommends "long fiber" reinforcement which can be achieved using a glass mat or chopped glass. The system is suitable for exposures in water, crude oil, aromatic distillates and unblended gasolines. It can be applied by standard or plural-component airless spray equipment depending on the glass reinforcement used.

    Description:

    Carboguard 869 Non-Skid is a two component, polyamide modified, low VOC, high performance coating for demanding industrial maintenance, marine and architectural applications. It is a tough and durable satin finish perfect for use on steel, galvanized, aluminum and masonry. It has a unique non-skid filler package which requires no agitation during application. In spite of its apparent lower profile aggregate, it has improved non-slip properties over larger aggregate materials, even when wet. It has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, particularly in marine or other corrosive environments. It is suitable for use on properly prepared concrete & steel surfaces in refineries, offshore platforms, chemical plants, food & beverage plants and pulp & paper mills.

    Description:

    Description:

Tank Shield Plus has good elongation and proprietary reinforcement which enables it to bridge perforations which may occur from bottom side corrosion.
