    Features:

    Description:

    As a chemical-resistant coating for tank lining service and as a maintenance coating to protect against cor¬rosive conditions encountered in waste treatment, chemical/food processing and carbon filters. When combined with abrasive conditions, use PLASITE 4006HAR.

    Description:

    PLASITE 4007 is a high chemical resistant coating. May be used as a light colored topcoat for 4300 or as a multi-coat coating system with or without the option of incorporating fiberglass cloth reinforcement.

    Description:

    Vinyl ester resin combined with special curing system and inert flake pigment to provide outstanding chemical and physical properties. Specially formulated for excellent abrasion resistance. PLASITE 4110 meets the FDA requirements for 21 CFR, 175.300 and 177.2420 and is suitable for potable water service per NSF Std. 61. Uses: As a high chemical abrasion-resistant thick film for tank lining service and as a maintenance coating for severe exposure.

    Description:

    This high performance glass-flake filled coating was designed for application over steel or concrete in extreme chemical exposures. It is resistant to a wide variety of aggressive chemicals, including organic and inorganic acids, most alkalies, and many solvents. It is ideally suited for immersion service as internal steel tank linings, as well as for aggressive chemical splash, spill, and fume exposures on structural steel. Typical uses include steel tank and vat linings, secondary containment, structural steel, process floors, grating, sumps and trenches, scrubbers, and clarifiers.

    Description:

    Plasite 4310 is a vinyl ester resin combined with special curing system and inert flake pigment to provide outstanding chemical and physical properties. Plastic 4310 is specially formulated for excellent abrasion resistance while retaining temperature, chemical and other physical properties of Plasite 4300.

    Description:

    PLASITE 4500 FS is a solvent-free, edge retentive and high performance epoxy coating designed as an internal tank lining for chemical or other commodity storage. It is a two-component system applied by plural component spray equipment, at film thicknesses of 20-60 mils (500-1500 microns) in a monolithic application. It is particularly suited for petroleum-based cargoes including crude oil; fuel oils and gasoline storage. It has extremely fast cure times for turnaround projects that require placing back in service quickly and will cure down to 20F(-7C). The product has a unique ability to be applied as a prime coat and immediately back-rolled after spraying. This is recommended to treat pitted steel, weld areas, and the like. A second coat can be applied right after the prime coat using the same product for a “two-coat” yet monolithic application.
